About
The Donut Fender is a specialized type of foam fender designed to easily slip over a stationary monopile. Its construction allows the fender to float vertically with changing water levels and rotate as vessels berth and slide along its surface.
The Donut Fender features a 100% closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene foam core, reinforced elastomeric skin, and low-friction pads around the internal steel core for smooth operation.
Available in diameters ranging from 1,270 mm to 4,220 mm, the Donut Fender can accommodate pile diameters from 610 mm up to 2,388 mm. Additional options such as mooring crowns, counterweights for submarine applications, and protective netting can be incorporated as needed.
