Accoya® Color Gray is a premium-quality wood material that combines the natural beauty and benefits of 100% real wood without the usual drawbacks. Fully colored from surface to core, Color Gray delivers a flawless finish for cladding or decking, offering a first-class appearance that lasts a lifetime.
Accoya® Color – Natural Aging
Accoya® Color wood is created through acetylation, a modification process that “blocks” the wood cell walls against moisture, while carbon is added to achieve its natural gray hue. This makes Accoya® exceptionally dimensionally stable and highly resistant to fungi and other wood-destroying organisms. The wood retains its structural strength after modification, making it ideal for decking, facade cladding, and other applications.
No foreign or toxic substances are added, so Accoya® wood is 100% clean and safe. Its coarse texture, visible knots, and natural wood grains give it a distinctive, attractive character. Stylish gray Accoya® cladding can enhance any home, bringing a natural, outdoor feel indoors. Designed to withstand the elements, it maintains its fresh, elegant appearance year after year.
